Where the law says a licensed trade: new electrical circuits, gas lines, water heaters and structural work need a licensed electrician, plumber, or general contractor. We'll tell you that up front and hand you a name we trust. We don't take work we shouldn't.

Homes out here live through freeze-thaw cycles that crack concrete and driveways, a dry summer sun that chews through deck stain and paint, and newer builds that start showing their settling cracks and tired trim right around the warranty line.
Most of it is cheap to fix early and expensive to fix late. Ask us about a twice-yearly walkthrough. We catch the small things before they become the big ones.

Everyone calls him Tone.
He's the guy friends have always called first, the one who can frame a wall, hang a door, chase down a leak, and tell you honestly when a job needs someone else. Tone & Co. is that, made official.
I've been around construction since I could walk. I started in concrete, pouring driveways and curbs, then built sheds and garages, custom homes up in Park City, and later ran maintenance in the mines. From there I got back to my roots as a facility maintenance coordinator for a city, keeping its buildings running and sharpening every trade I'd picked up along the way. What I enjoy most hasn't changed: creating a space people actually get to enjoy, whether that's out in the yard or inside the home.
